The Young Guns 390 Junior Sprints are proud to be making their one and only appearance at LANCO Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway this Saturday night September 11th.  This will be the first time at the ‘Clyde’ for many of the current drivers in the YG390 Series and the excitement is very high.  The YG390’s will be part of the regular race program that includes the Sportsman, 125’s, 250 4-stroke, 270 and 600 Micro Sprint classes.

The goal of the Young Guns 390 Junior Sprint series is to help bridge the gap between Quarter Midgets, Karts and other forms of youth motorsport and the larger, faster Micro Sprints.  Running a wingless 270 Micro chassis and modified Honda GX390 engines burning Methanol, these cars are a great stepping stone for the driver looking to develop his/her racing skills and one day race the winged Micro’s and Sprint cars.
So, if you are the parent of a young driver looking for a cost effective and competitive racing series for your young driver to develop his/her skills, please come check us out!
And please introduce yourself.  Any one of our series members would be happy to answer any questions you may have and show you what we have to offer.
