Rule Changes for 2012 Season

Lanco club members and Board of Directors have finalized the rule changes for the 2012 racing season. The 2012 rule book has been completed and is available on this website in the Club Information section. Please find highlights of the 2012 rule changes below. All Classes:


- Drivers who are called for a jump start will receive a warning on the first offense in a race and will be sent to the rear of the field if they are called for a second jump start in the same event


- Alternates will be used if a qualified car cannot take the initial green


- Consolation events will be checkered prior to the full number of laps are run if the number of cars running is equal to or less than the number of cars that will qualify


- Wait time for protests is now 10 minutes
