Newmanstown, Pa. - May 4 - Lanco's Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway will have seven of its events shown on Blue Ridge Cable Channel 11, making this the third consecutive year that racing from the high banked oval will be seen on a tape-delayed basis by Cable 11. The feature races for all classes will be shown on each of the seven telecasts.

The Blue Ridge cameras will make their first appearance on Saturday, May 22nd, recording the five main events that will be broadcast on Sunday, May 23, at 2 p.m. Once again this season, Barry Angstadt and Michael Batz will anchor the telecasts while Jason Will, Jeremy Martzall, and the talented camera crew from Cable 11 capture all of the action. Angstadt is the track announcer at Clyde Martin, and Batz mans the microphone on Friday nights at the Linda's Speedway in Jonestown, Pa.

Three cameras will track the thrill-a-minute racing, and the programs are enhanced by a graphics and editing package produced in a state-of-the-art television truck, making each race a must-see event for viewers who subscribe to Blue Ridge Cable.

Cable 11 reaches 35,000 to 40,000 households in the Ephrata, Lititz, Manheim area, and the races have also been picked up by Harrisburg Digital Channel 113, which covers the towns of Dunkhannon and Newberry, adding another 5,000 to 6,000 potential viewers. In addition, Blue Ridge Digital Channel 113 will carry the races from the Clyde, and that channel stretches across northeastern Pennsylvania and into New Jersey. Blue Ridge Digital 113 is available to more than 150,000 viewers, meaning it's possible for Lanco racers to be seen by almost 200,000 people in 2010.

In addition to the race telecasts, highlights and interviews from every Clyde Martin Speedway event are now seen on the popular Blue Ridge production, Victory Lane. The Victory Lane Show is produced by the company's Cable 13 station based in Lehighton, Pa. Victory Lane is also carried on Cable 11 on Tuesday evenings (check local listings for times).
